End-Point Assessment
Overview of structure
There are four stages to the Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship. Each stage must be successfully met before the Apprentice is deemed as having met the required standard.

Professional discussion | Evidence of CPD is essential. Include training, development, personal improvement and how learning will be applied (in the future) within the workplace. Areas of focus: overall development opportunities since commencement of apprenticeship program.
